Business Requirements Analysis

Infusion will examine and develop the functional and non-functional requirements that define the scope for a specific project. Working with the stakeholders, the business analyst will elicit, analyze, validate, and manage the project requirements. 

In cases where conflicting requirements emerge, the business analyst will work with the client to determine prioritization and resolve outstanding issues.  All requirements will be measurable, testable, related to identified business needs or opportunities, and defined to a level of detail sufficient for system design.
