Program Management

This service coordinates the management of interdependent projects across various functions of an organization. Infusion will ensure that common processes are used across projects and integrate the various components of multiple projects to reach the strategic objectives of the business.

Our consultants will assist in the administration of program costs as well as monitor resource allocation and prioritization. Issues between projects will be addressed using a conflict resolution process.  The goal is to deliver the whole product while minimizing the risk across the projects to improve probability of success.
